Split Second is a basketball training organization created in Vancouver in 2010. In the the summer of 2019, Split Second Basketball added Drew Urquhart as their official head of Marketing. One of the first things he did was help the company go through a rebrand. The logo, a theme, and social media designs were all altered as a way of giving the brand a fresh new spark.

Banch took a hold of their social media accounts right off the bat. Their followers quickly grew from 950 to 5,300. After coming up with a plan, Drew ran their social media with goals in mind. He grew their instagram followers by 5 times and brought the brand a fresher more on brand voice. We paired this with email marketing that remained in sync with the brand and social media plan. Using this we sent out bi-weekly newsletters and emails bringing Split Second Basketball to a 35.9% open rate, and most importantly increased their overall revenue.

Every 3 months Split Second opens their business for registration periods. We plan out and run highly converting Facebook ad campaigns that drive traffic to the site for parents to register their kids for basketball camp. We use Split Seconds massive email list and data filled pixel to target niche potential buyers to ensure we get the most out of the ad spend budget. In terms of ad creative they have a videographer on staff who handles a lot of the content creation for the brand. We work closely with him to create the best possible visuals for our quarterly campaigns.

With that, Split Second Basketball began seeing higher numbers of families signing up for camps and training sessions. By making the Instagram page visually appealing and interactive, posting photos and videos daily, Drew transformed this platform for Split Second Basketball ultimately bringing them more interested basketball players.
